“She” wins Best Short Film 2025 at Women and the World festival
The fourth VARTA novella received the Best Short Film award at the Women and the World International Film Festival (IFFWW) in London.
The awards ceremony took place on 12 November in London. “She” tells the stories of women serving in different military roles: medics, snipers, assault troops. Through personal stories, the film shows the reality of war and the inner state of its heroines.
We are grateful to the festival jury: this award belongs not only to the film, but to all Ukrainians who defend Ukraine’s future every day, and to the team and the heroines of the novella.
